holy cow!!!! chris gray is the greatest host of all time…

actually, he is sharing the greatest host in the universe spot with erik & luba of mudfire and billy ray & beverly of eye of the dog art center.

chris had two grills going friday night when i arrived at his house in allen TX.  grilled ribeye steaks, cauliflower and squash plus the best whole wheat rolls ever.  then he made bloody marys.  then we watched barb wire.  then we called kasey bullerman and the two of them made me buy a plane ticket to philly for nceca.  i asked him if i could move in but he repeatedly said NO.

everyone at COLLIN COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE treated me like a prince.  i had such a blast showing them my work and conversating with everyone in the workshop!!  we are truly blessed to have such a lively, supportive ceramics community.

check out the three pots i got from chris gray.  the green raven mug is my new favorite.  he also gave me the styrofoam.

gonna go to dallas tomorrow and meet up with chris gray of COLLIN COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE.

workshop time again, people! i love it. all day saturday and sunday i will be dropping my science to the people of the CCCC.

come on over and check it out.  email chris gray for more info: jgray@collin.edu

I am very excited about my new website.  Many friends use this blog format and I have been waiting for a little free time to get going on this project.  My plan of the moment is to use this blog as my main website (current images, workshops, galleries, resume) and to sell my work online through etsy.com.  I will let you know when my etsy page is up.

Big thanks to Chris Vestre!  He designed and maintained my previous, awesome website.  Chris is always ready to help me overcome my technophobia.  He’s a cool cat so check out his music!!
